Jim and Terri Lynn Turner wish the best at this tender time of year. Bless the family of Larry Cox, my longtime producer and close friend, at his service 12/21/09. Also, please include in your prayers my former Knoxville voice coach, the family of Charlie Sanders, 12/21/08.
My Dad always said "choose the best to surround you, and your God-given talents will emerge when the nation and world needs that EXTRA sense of hope and family love."
Each holiday season, I seem to sing at the memoriam of one of my best friends.
Christians All...we join our heavenly family, while helping those still on Earth cope with this crushing loss.
My season's greeting to all of you? Stay "in the moment" while in our mortal coils, yet let your dear ones know your ARROW is unwavering towards the heaven.

Just taped live in the Smoky Mountains Convention Center, we'd like to share a "current" Jim Turner perforamce with you of his current release, "Hey, Do You Know Me".
We would be honored if you would also watch his version of the (then "Top Pop/Country" hit from Don Williams, a ballad called: If All The Rivers Would Run Dry". We have no idea how our promoter found this Lawrence Welk version of Jim, however Don Frost has also included the original version for those to whom this may not have been an 80's hit (as genre only knows).
So, please enjoy a "live" version of the current release, as well as TRACK FIVE on this video amalgamation, sent to us from Don Frost. Where did he ever find such a thing? Anyway, we hope you enjoy some of Don's other clients, in this generic 15 song/demo montage. Jim will come to YOU, with open arms.
Ain't it such a wonder what they can do in Kansas City, a-now-adays?(this is a line from the musical, OKLAHOMA, where Jim continued his EQUITY Broadway career...on the website soon will be his version of the "dark" lead of Jud.) We'd be pleased to post (for pleasure only) a video from the original musical, a mournful ballad from Jud in an "Empty Room" (not included in the movie version).
Because "The Troubadour"had four Christian radio hits in 2008,Jim Turner is now
"a Headliner" for 2009's Gospel competitions.
Thank you for all of your support through the years!
What a wonderful honor. Thank you,Frost Byte Records.
Imagine our delight when Don chose this song for all radio genre - CCM,
Inspirational Country, and Southern Gospel, too!
The new release was videotaped before a live audience at the Pigeon
Forge three-day and night extravaganza in 2009, celebrating the 6th Annual Convention.
Please come and enjoy the festivities...and drop by our booth for surprises in June, 2010!
Just click on Jim's YouTube (above) from that TN performance, to listen to this new song...and please
call your DJ when you hear it on Christian, Country Christian and Southern Gospel radio.
Another special find by Don Frost...if you click on this YouTube lineup from his website, you will be able to see and hear Jim Turner perform Don William's hit while Jim was on the "Lawrence Welk Show" in 1982. Simply scroll down to the fifth cut, and we hope you have fun with this performance.

Jim has great hopes for this contemporary song, penned by Kim McLean and Joe Johnston. His will be the first professional release of this awesome song about everyday life in the "bustle".
AND "B" SIDE, Jim Turner's #1 "s. gospel" ballad: MERCY CAME DOWN
Still performing to "standing room only ovations", this may turn out to be Jim Turner's greatest Christian hit. Thanks to Charles Brady, journalist/critic, for declaring this Jim's greatest gospel song so far. Del Way (composer) is pleased with the song's current and unusual arrangement by Jim himself, plus it doesn't hurt that it is your promoter's family favorite song. We will soon have a recent live video posted on this home page.
It has won : 1. Best Male Vocals 2. Best Lyrics & 3. Best Melody and Best Song of the Day... twice!
Southern Gospel Hit's Times Two For Golden Voice Crooner
This week the Gospel Music Charts of RA have a name showing up twice in the TOP 80 Southern Gospel Chart. Not only does the "Golden Voice Crooner" Jim Turner show up twice in the southern chart but the songs promoted by the Rick Hendrix Company are incredibly both in the TOP 10! With a really fun reality song for most of us Christians called, "Sunday Best" at #7 and a very powerful ballad called, "Mercy Came Down" at #1 this makes a first for our charts.
